Principle Scientist /Senior Study Director
Dr. Yen-Hao Chen has served as a Study Director at JOINN Laboratories since 2021, providing scientific leadership for preclinical in vivo studies across a wide range of therapeutic areas. He oversees all aspects of study execution, from protocol development and study management to data interpretation and client communication, ensuring projects are delivered with scientific excellence, operational efficiency, and the highest quality standards.
Dr. Chen earned his Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences from the University of California, Riverside, where his research focused on oncology, cell biology, and endocrinology. He is dedicated to building strong client partnerships and delivering reliable, high-quality data that helps accelerate drug development and supports informed decision-making.

Throughout her career she has worked in many facets of the field including academic and pre-clinical research, emergency, exotic animal, and surgical medicine, diagnostic laboratory science, and as a veterinary technician educator.
